Flow cytometry: Multicolor flow cytometry panel to identify Human Neutrophils Subsets. Human peripheral blood granulocytes were surface stained with PerCP Rabbit anti-Human CD45 mAb (A25624,5 µL/Test), ABflo 488 Mouse anti-Human CD11b mAb (A26894,5 µL/Test), PE Mouse anti-Human CD15/SSEA-1 mA (A26930,5 µL/Test), ABflo 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD16 mAb (A23400,5 µL/Test). All antibodies are validated for Flow cytometry. Granulocytes are defined as CD45+CD15+, Neutrophils are defined as CD11b+CD16+.
