Figure. 1- Cell surface staining of Jurkat cells. Green represents IgG2a Isotype control (Abeomics), Red represents CD45 Clone EO-1 (10-4185). 0.1 µg antibody was used per test. PE conjugated Goat anti-mouse Ig was used as secondary antibody.
