Produced in BALB/c mice using highly pure recombinant Rat IL-10 as the immunizing antigen. This antibody was purified from tissue culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

WesternBlot: To detect Rat IL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Rat IL-10 is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 8.0-16.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant Rat IL-10 when used with BioGems Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Rat IL-10 (62-010BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
