Produced in BALB/c x C57BL/6 F1 mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human IL-15 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by ion exchange chromatography.

WesternBlot: To detect hIL-15 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.50-1.0 µg/ml (non-reducing) or at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml (reducing). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-15 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 250 pg/ml of recombinant human IL-15 when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-15 (60-015BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 µg/ml.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
