Produced in C3H/HeJ mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human MCP-3 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein A affinity chromatography.

WesternBlot: To detect hMCP-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMCP-3 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect recombinant human MCP-3 when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-3 (60-214BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human MCP-3(100 ng/ml), a concentration of 1.0-3.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
