| This is a human antibody that binds to S. erythraea DEBS. The clone 1B2 specifically recognizes the N-terminal docking domain of DEBS M1. Binding of 1B2 to DEBS M1 does not inhibit its catalytic activity. Binding of 1B2 to DEBS M1 improves the quality of particles in cryo-EM images because 1B2 is conformationally selective for the module in the dimer state. |
