| This is a mouse antibody that specially recognizes human TSPAN15. 1C12 has been reported to partially inhibit cleavage of VE-cadherin by ADAM10 in a cell-based cleavage assay. The antibody contact site is primarily located in the loop formed by the C198-C219 disulfide bond, which also contains a small helical segment. |
