It binds to the isolated recombinant ADAM10 D+C domain with high affinity, displaying a dissociation constant (KD) of 3.3 nM. Additionally, 1H5 binds to the intact recombinant ADAM10 extracellular domain (ECD), which predominantly exists in an autoinhibited conformation, with a KD of approximately 200 nM. |
