| This product is a mouse IgG2b recombinant monoclonal antibody that binds to human and mouse CD20. The antibody HB20-3 binds to the B cell lines, Raji, BJAB, and DHL-4. HB20-3 also binds to primary B cells and B lymphoma cell lines that express significantly higher levels of CD20. The immunogen of HB20-3 is a mouse pre-B cell line transfected with cDNA encoding human CD20. The MB20-1 monoclonal antibody binds to cell surface CD20 at a higher density. This MB20-1 antibody was generated in CD20-/- mice, which have a genetic background of C57BI/6 x 129 and have been immunized with the mouse pre-B cell line 300.19, which has been transfected with a cDNA encoding human CD20. |
