The Universal qPCR Master Mix is an optimized 2X reaction solution engineered for accurate real-time qPCR detection and quantification of target DNA sequences. This robust mix incorporates Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase and a unique passive reference dye, ensuring broad compatibility with diverse instrument platforms, including those requiring high or low ROX signals. Supplied in 1 ml aliquots, each sufficient for 100 qPCR reactions, this master mix is versatile, working seamlessly with both enzymatically and sonication-fragmented DNA samples from kits. It contains all essential PCR components for DNA amplification and quantitation, requiring only primers and a DNA template.
