Recombinant Mouse NKG2A&CD94 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with mFc (IgG1) tag at the C-terminus of NKG2A and Flag tag at the N-terminus of CD94.It contains Asn98-Ile244(NKG2A) and Ile32-Ile179(CD94).

Molekulargewicht:	The protein has a predicted MW of18.3 kDa (CD94) and 43.1 kDa (NKG2A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
