Recombinant protein corresponding to His493~Ala660 from human ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Alpha 1 Polypeptide, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~22.0kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride (pH 8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Do not vortex.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
