NEDD9 (also HEF1 and CASL) is a 93kD (predicted) member of the CAS family of proteins. It is widely expressed, and serves to integrate integrin b1 and BCR signaling with cell mitotic pathways. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:8000 Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human kidney tissue lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
