Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:64,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) at ~40-48kD. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5ug/ml using human uterus. Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Cerebellum, Left Lysate and Human Cerebellum, Right Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
