Neutralized (pI = 6.3), deglycosylated avidin purified from egg white. Mr/Structure: 60kD tetramer of four identical subunits, each containing a single binding site. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells FLISA: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 6 months after receipt at 4C. CY5 conjugates are sensitive to light
