Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:30,000-1:130,000, Antibody was assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) (Cat. S7973-97A) and ABTS (2,2-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
