Anti-Human antibody generated in goat detects human IgG F(ab)2. This secondary antibody is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western blot, immunoprecipitation, and general immunoassays. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA,, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:25,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2,500 Western Blot: 1:1,000-1:5,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
