Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:12,000- 175,000. Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using S7973-97A and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
