Excitation Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.8 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG Fab Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation.

Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, and 10mg/ml IgG and protease free bovine serum albumin (BSA). Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC, MW= 390 kD). Reconstitute with 1ml deionized water.
