Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence and Fluorescent Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000 -1:50,000 Immunofluoresence: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.8 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG Fab Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Reinheit:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation.
