Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Immunofluorescence: 1,100-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.3 moles FITC per mole of Rabbit IgG Fab Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
