Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:50,000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:50,000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
