Control peptide for I7649-41 Synthetic peptide corresponding to 15aa at the N-terminus of the Hemagglutinin protein Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Preadsorption Control: 1ug peptide per 1ug antibody for 30 min at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
