6His and HA tagged fusion protein corresponding to full length rat SETA.
SETA (CIN85, Ruk/SH3KBPI) regulates the ligand-dependent endocytosis of the IgE receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml detects SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect SETA in rat primary astrocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
