SETA (CIN85, Ruk/SH3KBPI) regulates the ligand-dependent endocytosis of the IgE receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml detected SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
