Partial recombinant protein corresponding to human Sex Comb on Midleg-Like 2
Putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins act by forming multiprotein complexes, which are required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of homeotic genes throughout development (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot amd Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
