Immunogen:
Recombinant protein corresponding to Ala33-Ser323 from mouse SFRP3, expressed in NS0 cells.
Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
