Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:8000 Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml. Approximately18kD band observed in mouse brain and rat spinal cord lysates and in purified membranes of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 15.9kD according to human NP_000445.1, mouse NP_035564.1 and rat NP_058746.1) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
