MaxLight(TM)650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)647, DyLight(TM)649, Cy5(TM) and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm), Emission (676nm), Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The T Cell Receptor alpha/beta (TCR) is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested. Plate-bound or soluble antibody activates a/b TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro and in vivo, the antibody can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. In vivo administration of this antibody has been shown to deplete a/b TCR-bearing cells to near completion and prevent graft rejection. Recommended Secondary Antibody: Goat anti Hamster IgG: RPE Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized armenian hamsters were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag.653 myeloma cell line.
