T cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain (TCR a/b) or a gamma and a delta chain (TCR g/d). TCR-b is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and a component of the CD3/TCR complex (along with TCR-a). It is expressed on a/b TCR-bearing T cells and thymocytes. The CD3/TCR complex plays a key role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
