Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa1-16 at the N-Terminal of TIP47.
Cargo protein involved in the trafficking of the mannose-6-phosphate receptor between endosomes and the Golgi complex. Also localized in the milk fat globule membranes. Increased amounts are found in cervix carcinoma patients. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 using ECL. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-200, Incubation Time 1hr at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires microwave treatment IOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
