Synthetic peptide, aa55-70 (VLNLTHNQLRRLPAAN), derived from the cytoplasmic portion of human TLR3 (Toll-like receptor 3).
Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-4ug/10e6 cells for intracellular staining Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 2ug/10e6 transfected cells Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
