Figure-1: Western blot analysis of ROR Gamma. Anti- ROR Gamma antibody (Clone: ABM21H2) was used at 6 µg/ml on (1) A431, (2) PANC-1, (3) HepG2, (4) Hela, (5) A375 and (6) h Testis lysates.
Figure-2: Intra Cellular flow analysis of ROR Gamma in PBMC (Lymphocyte gated) using 0.5 µg/10 6 cells of Anti-ROR Gamma. Green represents isotype control (ABEOMICS), red represents Anti- ROR Gamma antibody. Goat Anti-mouse PE (ABEOMICS) conjugate was used as the secondary antibody.
