Figure-2: Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of TSLP in HepG2 cells using 0.5 µg/10 6 cells of Anti-TSLP antibody (10-4050 Abeomics) . Green represent isotype control and red represent Anti-TSLP antibody (Clone:ABM2D78). Goat anti-mouse PE conjugated secondary antibody (ABEOMICS) was used.
