Fig-1: Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with anti-CD4 PE (ABEOMICS) and anti-CD25 APC (ABEOMICS). CD4 and CD25 positive cells were gated and further analyzed for anti-hFoxP3 FITC (10-4074F) using 2 µg of antibody. Green represents isotype control (ABEOMICS) red represents FITC conjugated FOXP3 antibody (10-4074F).
