Enfortumab, is a monoclonal antibody used to treat urothelial carcinoma. Specifically it is used for urothelial carcinoma that is Nectin4 receptor positive. Enfortumab works by binding to the Nectin4 receptor and inducing tumor cell apoptosis. Enfortumab is a recombinant IgG1 kappa, fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity in a cellbased assay to the extracellular domain of the human Nectin4 protein. - Antikörper
