Produced in BALB/c mice using highly pure recombinant Human FGF-5 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Application Notes:
Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant Human FGF-5 when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents.. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hFGF-5 (27.6 µg/ml), a concentration of 100 µg/ml of this antibody is required.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
