Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human IFN-lambda2. Anti-Human IFN-lambda2 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human IFN-lambda2 matrix.
Form:
A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2.
Antibody Type:
Polyclonal Antibody
Application Notes:
WesternBlot: To detect Human IFN-lambda2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IFN-lambda2 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: To detect Human IFN-lambda2 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with BioGems Biotinylated Anti-Human IFN-lambda2 (60-184BT) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IFN-lambda2.. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of normal human skin. The recommended concentration is 1.0 mg/ml overnight at 4C. An alkaline phosphatase-labeled polymer detection system was used with a non-alcohol soluble red chromogen and proteinase K antigen retrieval. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
