Application Notes:
WesternBlot: To detect hLeptin by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hLeptin is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect recombinant human Leptin when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human Leptin (60-204BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
