Alternative Catalog Number: ABT-ABG10397-U050-50UG
Manufacturer: Abcepta
Host: Goat
Category: Antikörper
Application: ELISA, IHC, WB
Species Reactivity: Human
Clonality: Polyclonal
Purity: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human MIP-1alpha. Anti-Human MIP-1alpha specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human MIP-1alpha matrix.
Form: A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2.
Antibody Type: Polyclonal Antibody
Application Notes: WesternBlot: To detect Human MIP-1alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human MIP-1alpha is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: To detect Human MIP-1alpha by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with BioGems Biotinylated Anti-Human MIP-1alpha (60-224GBT) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human MIP-1alpha.. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human breast malignant carcinoma. The recommended concentration is 5.0 µg/mL with an overnight incubation at 4°C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9.0 buffer is recommended. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary.

<span style=font-size: 10px,>Tissue samples were provided by the Cooperative Human Tissue Network, which is funded by the National Cancer Institute.
Information and photo are courtesy of Flagship Biosciences, LLC - Histology Services. . Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
