TEAD2 is a putative transcription factor that binds to the SPH and GT-IIC enhansons (5-GTGGAATGT-3). TEAD2 may be involved in the gene regulation of neural development. TEAD2 binds to the M-CAT motif.
25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. Peptide is present in isoforms of 50 kDa, 49 kDa and 35 kDa.
