The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human SFRS6
Alternative Names:
B52, SFRS6, SRP55, HEL-S-91
SFRS6 is involved in mRNA splicing and may play a role in the determination of alternative splicing. It belongs to the splicing factor SR family and has been shown to bind with and modulate another member of the family, SFRS12.The protein encoded by this gene is involved in mRNA splicing and may play a role in the determination of alternative splicing. Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 2 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. An isoform containing the peptide sequence is found at ~15 kDa.
WB Suggested Anti-SFRS6 Antibody Titration: 0.2-1 ug/ml Positive Control: Jurkat cell lysateSRSF6 is strongly supported by BioGPS gene expression data to be expressed in Human Jurkat cells
