25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. Recognizes Isoform B (39 kDa) and Isoform C (24 kDa). Peptide overlaps with the canonical 84 kDa isoform which is absent in most of the human cell lines evaluated. |
