| This is a human antibody with high affinity for human ABCG5/ABCG8. The KD value for mAb 2E10 is 110 pM. It binds to the NBD of ABCG8. mAb 2E10 inhibits ATPase activity with an IC50 of 49.4 nM. 2E10 inhibits ATP hydrolysis, possibly by limiting the relative motion between the RecA and helical domains of the ABCG8 NBD. The 2E10 interacts with the RecA and helical domains of ABCG8, thereby limiting the relative motion between the RecA and helical domains and reducing ATP hydrolysis. |
