| This is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody that binds to HPV58 L1. 5G9 recognizes amino acids R135, Y136, and A138 form the major interactions involving HPV58. The binding affinity EC50 for clone 5G9 is 48.93 ng/mL. 2H3 recognizes epitopes involving the BC, EF, FG, and HI loops of the HPV58 capsid and exhibits the highest binding and neutralization efficiency. The antibody 2H3 has the highest inhibition (87%) when recognizing an immunodominant epitope. The IC50 of this clone 2H3 is 3.3 ng/mL. |
