The protein has a predicted MW of 46.6 kDa. Due to autocatalytic cleavage, the protein migrates to 18-20 kDa&27-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Lyophilized from 0.22 µm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 200mM NaCl (pH 9.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
