Recombinant VLP Control is expressed from HEK293. VLP Control is formed by self-assembly of envelop/capsid proteins from viruses, which is pure viral protein particle structure without the displayed proteins. VLP Control can be used as isoytype control for VLPs displaying multiple transmembrane proteins in various applications (It may have cross reaction with anti-His antibody).
Buffer:
Lyophilized from 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
