Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:2000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml. ~75kD band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 71.8kD) Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml. Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa and Jurkat cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
