Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 0.05-1ug/ml Human heart and PBMC lysates ~45kD Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 3.75ug/ml. Human vessel (platelets) and spleen Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml for analysis of HeLa cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
