Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and glucose oxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:8000-1:32,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Prepared from chromatographically pure avidin followed by dialysis.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger. Glucose oxidase (GO) MW - 160kD. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
