Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:20,000-1:100,000. Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using S7973-97A and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 min at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
